A touch of Europe has washed over our Second Floor café, a comfortable Continental-style coffee house that serves snacks and light meals all day long, with a range of delicious salads, such as cold poached salmon, watercress and potato, and a splendid grilled chicken Caesar salad. The huge sandwiches are meals in themselves, with spicy chicken, roast sirloin of beef with creamed horseradish, watercress and grilled courgette, and gruyère cheese, roast ham and grain mustard butter.
