In all transactions, Just London Hotels acts in the capacity
of a facilitator and agent between the client and the hotel.
Once a booking is confirmed, the contract remains between the
client and the hotel.
2. Just London Hotels in writing confirms all reservations,
by fax, post or email.It is the responsibility of the booker
to check the details and advise the us immediately of any corrections
or changes required.
3. All bookings must be accompanied by credit card details
valid until the date following scheduled arrival. These details
will be passed directly to the hotel to guarantee the booking.

Unless otherwise stated on our confirmation, all bookings are
guaranteed for late arrival. If the booking is not cancelled
and the guest fails to check in, the client will be liable for
any non-arrival charges

In all circumstances, the hotel’s cancellation policy applies.
The cancellation policy for each hotel will be stated on the
booking confirmation

Any charges arising from a reservation cancelled after the cancellation
deadline will be the responsibility of the client.

The hotel may charge the cost of the First Night's accommodation
to the credit card as a deposit in advance of arrival. Such
a charge will be refunded if the booking is cancelled in accordance
with the hotel's cancellation policy.

Just London Hotels cannot accept responsibility for charges
arising from cancellations notified directly to the hotel.
9.
Just London Hotels can accept no responsibility in the event
that a hotel is unable to fulfil the reservation through being
overbooked, or for any reason outside the control of Just London
Hotels booking service.
